Monica Jain, M.D., is the CEO of Dissect Health, a healthcare strategy consulting firm, and a Partner at Wavemaker Three-Sixty Health, an early-stage healthcare venture fund. She is a former practicing General and Endocrine Surgeon (still board-certified), an Assistant Professor of Surgery, and the Surgical Innovation Officer at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, has a background in Biomedical Engineering and Human Factors, and has over a decade of experience.

Dr. Jain is passionate about narrowing the divide between innovative technologies and their implementation and adoption into healthcare environments. She works with healthcare startup companies, large health systems, industry, and non-profits, with particular expertise in the areas of product design, clinical strategy, and commercialization strategy, helping clients navigate the complex healthcare ecosystem to develop and integrate products effectively and driving strategic innovation partnerships and investments.
