As Chief Business Officer at LSI, he drives the company's strategic vision and execution across a connected ecosystem of premium summits, proprietary data solutions, and global media—empowering industry leaders to move smarter, faster, and with greater impact.

Before joining LSI, Henry was an early team member at Altoida, where he led the development and commercialization of an AI- and AR-powered platform for precision neurology, enabling early detection of Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative conditions. He began his career in medical robotics at Auris Health, where he worked on advanced instrumentation and control systems through the company's acquisition and integration into Johnson & Johnson.

Henry remains deeply engaged in healthcare innovation as an angel investor and advisor to multiple venture-backed startups, and select emerging venture funds. His focus aligns with his deep personal commitment to advancing innovation in Alzheimer's, depression, and other physical and cognitive diseases of aging.

He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where his research at the Robotics Institute and Human-Computer Interaction Institute centered on flexible robotics and immersive training systems for upper-limb amputees.
