Bill Peters serves as president and CEO of On Target Laboratories, a biotechnology company pioneering intraoperative cancer illumination, enabling surgeons to see and remove more cancer in real time during surgery.  

Bill brings over 20 years of leadership experience in medical technology, including a decade at ConMed, where he led major growth, acquisitions, and product launches. Prior to ConMed, he held senior roles at Mako Surgical, Intuitive Surgical, and Stryker.  

Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University.
