Morgan joined Mayo Clinic Ventures in 2023 as a Technology Development Associate, where she supports the advancement of Mayo's intellectual property and helps identify new digital and device technologies for commercialization.  

Prior to joining Mayo, she worked as an engineer in the semiconductor industry, where she worked on high volume device fabrication.  

Morgan earned her Ph. D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
